RMS had so many exciting things in the month of October! The October theme of the month at RMS was responsibility which is defined as doing what you are supposed to do and accepting the consequences. This month, Mrs. Nofi, the school social worker, launched the all-new RMS Influencer program which showcases different students (one time a week) who exhibit qualities of leadership, empathy, responsibility and inclusion. The student is highlighted on a video that is streamed in all classrooms. The student explains what the RMS theme of the month is, how they applied the theme in their lives and communicates the RMS monthly quote. Next, we celebrated United We Stand Against Drugs and Bullying with two assemblies: Officer Fernandez educated students on the dangers of drugs, and Mr. Marc Soto discussed making healthy choices.
